FSF is the foremost fashion-oriented education and workforce development nonprofit organization in the U.S., awarding over $20 million since 2005. The FSF works directly with its partners to place scholarship recipients in meaningful 8-10 week in-person, remote, or hybrid summer internships, and in full-time positions for graduating seniors.

HOW IT WORKS

To facilitate placement, the FSF hosts bi-annual Virtual Talent Acquisition Events (in September and February) to provide opportunities for Scholars and Alumni to connect with recruitment representatives. The FSF also socializes internship and full-time job opportunities with Scholars and Alumni through email communication, the FSF’s social channels, and via the career opportunities page on the FSF’s website.

Once placed in positions, our summer interns receive:

• Matching with a Mentor from a group of 600+ creative and business industry professionals

• Access to FSF’s Summer Scholar Series, that includes workforce preparedness events and master classes featuring prominent industry experts
